🐾 5 Days to Go — Volunteers, Last Call & Sponsor Love!
We're almost there — just 5 days to go until K9 Campout at Camp TRC, August 14–16, 2026! 🎉🐕 Tents are being packed, tags are being engraved, and the pack is getting ready to howl. Here's everything you need for the home stretch:
✅ Smooth Check-In Starts Before You Arrive
A little prep now means less time in line and more time in the woods. When you arrive, here's what we'll be looking for — and what you can do ahead of time:
- 🎫 Your event ticket QR code from Ticket Tailor — have it ready on your phone (or printed).
- 🏕 Your TRC camping QR code — TRC will be sending these out soon if they haven't already. That's your camping check-in, separate from your event ticket.
- ✍️ Pre-sign the event Terms & Conditions at tos.undefined.charity. Consent is critical at our events, and the T&Cs also let you opt in or out of event photos. If you opt out, you'll get a red wristband at check-in — just remember to skip group photos while wearing one, since we can't always edit people out afterwards. Please sign before you arrive; if you can't, we'll have an iPad at check-in.
- 🐻 Bears! Pack food in hard containers. TRC no longer has the shared food-storage containers in the lower sites — all food must be kept in hard-sided containers (latching coolers, hard totes, or locked in your vehicle).
- 🌙 Staying extra nights? Extra camping nights are paid to TRC directly. You can sort it onsite, but paying before you arrive keeps check-in moving for everyone.
🍽 The Schedule Is Locked — and We're Feeding You!
The full schedule is locked in — give it a look and plan your weekend. We're providing four meals across the event:
- 🍔 Friday dinner: Sloppy Sliders — BBQ pulled pork sliders
- 🍳 Saturday brunch: Brunch Me Softly — farmers breakfast
- 🌮 Saturday dinner: Taco 'Bout a Good Boy — dinner tacos
- 🍖 Sunday brunch: Brunch 'n' Beg — burnt ends
Every meal has a vegetarian option. Got other dietary restrictions? Please plan and pack your own backup (in a hard-sided container, of course 🐻).
🔄 Gear Swap — Saturday
Some pups are running a gear swap on Saturday! Got unused gear sitting in a closet that deserves a new home? If you're looking to trade and have room in the car, bring it along. 🙂
🙋 We Still Need Volunteers!
Many paws make light work — and we still need a few more helpers to keep the weekend running smoothly. Volunteering doesn't just earn you our endless gratitude:
- 💸 A discount on next year's event for every volunteer
- 🎁 Entry into the volunteer prize draw, just like last year — the more time you put in, the more chances you have to win!
Want to lend a paw? 👉 Sign up at volunteer.k9campout.com and join the volunteer Telegram group to coordinate shifts and stay in the loop.
🏷 LAST last last Call for Orders (& Engraved Tags!)
If you — or a friend — have been waiting to grab a ticket, this is truly the final boarding call. 🚌 We're finishing the engraved name tags now, so order in the next 48 hours if you want your tag waiting for you at check-in — Tuesday morning (August 11) is the cutoff. Grab your ticket here!
🎧 Meet Your DJs — and Get Ready for the Bad Dog Party!
The decks are locked in and the woods are about to thump. 🔊

- Friday night: RUCK and DJ Pup Loki open the weekend at the Welcome Meet & Sniff 🐕
- Saturday night: RECCA and KODUH bring the heat to the Bad Dog Party at The Party Site — lasers, beats, and a pack of very good bad dogs. Then it's After Dark with Loki & Friends for those who refuse to let the night end. 😈
If you've been to the Bad Dog Party before, you know. If you haven't — you're about to. Saturday, 9pm, The Party Site. 🎉
💖 Thank You to Our Amazing Sponsors
This year is extra special thanks to some incredibly generous sponsors:
- Pupifer's Kink Wonderland — hooking the pack up with cool custom gear 🐾
- Mr. S Leather — generously donating four pup hoods! 🐶
- Doghouse Leathers — our local leather family, supporting us with seriously cool gear 🖤
Give them a follow, a visit, and plenty of love — and check out the full Sponsors page for more about each of them.
