Big ticket update incoming! 🎉

📅 Key Dates

  • Monday, June 8 at 5:00 PM — Remaining Camping with the Pack sites go on sale.
  • Monday, June 15 — Event Only tickets go on sale.

🏕 Missed Out on a Pack Site? You're Still Welcome!

TRC will never turn away a camper. While Camping with the Pack gets you a guaranteed, named site alongside your friends, you can still book camping directly with TRC by grabbing an Event Only ticket — and join in on all the fun!

Heads up on site placement:

  • Sites 1–8 are reserved exclusively for Camping with the Pack.
  • If you don't have a site booked in that range, you'll need to find an open spot at sites 9, 10, or in overflow — or wherever a member of staff directs you on arrival.

🎫 Who Needs an Event Only Ticket?

An Event Only ticket is required if you're attending camp but not booked into a Camping with the Pack site. That includes:

  • 🚐 Folks bringing an RV
  • ⛺ Anyone staying in overflow or who has booked camping directly with TRC
  • 🏡 Seasonal members and their guests staying in the upper campground

If that's you — make sure to grab an Event Only ticket once they drop on June 15 so you're all set for the weekend!

💸 TRC Members — $40 Discount

If you're a TRC Regular member, your TRC member number works as a $40 discount code off Camping with the Pack at checkout.

  • If the code isn't working for you, please reach out to Pup Roar on Telegram.
  • These discount codes expire on June 14.
  • After June 14 — if you need a discount on an existing tent spot or any remaining Camping with the Pack site — just reach out and we'll sort you out with a discount or refund.

📅 August 14–16, 2026 at Camp TRC
